45-day defect warranty.

Qualifying preowned games, consoles, accessories and hardware are covered for defects for 45 days from purchase. If something is not working as it should, contact the store so we can inspect the item and determine the appropriate repair, replacement or other resolution.

New or factory-sealed items are final sale once opened. The defect warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, unauthorized modification, missing parts or normal cosmetic wear. Trade-in values and repair services are handled under their own inspection terms.
