• Product Alert Data: Requested games/products, platform, region, UPC, condition preferences, and your chosen notification channels (email or push).
• Repair Lookup Information: If you search for a repair ticket, we process the ticket number, customer name, phone number, device info, reported problem, quotes, and status notes.

2. Device Data and Permissions

To provide specific app features, we may request access to certain device capabilities. We only access these with your explicit permission:

• Camera & Photo Library: Accessed to scan barcodes or upload game cover photos. These images are securely transmitted to our backend to provide price-check, trade-in, and gameplay lookups.
• Push Notifications: Used to send you event reminders and product alerts. This involves registering a push notification token with our services.
• Calendar Access: Used to add selected shop events to your device's calendar. We also read nearby calendar events solely to prevent creating duplicate entries.

3. Local Device Storage

We store certain information locally on your device to improve your experience and maintain your session, including:

• Authentication and session tokens (stored securely).
• Your active Cart ID.
• App theme preferences (e.g., light/dark mode).
• Scheduled event reminder IDs.

4. Information We Do NOT Collect

For your peace of mind, we want to be transparent about what we do not collect:

• We do not track your GPS or background location.
• We do not access your device's contact list.
• We do not access your microphone (it is explicitly disabled).
• We do not use third-party behavioral analytics trackers (such as Firebase Analytics, Segment, etc.).

• Processing transactions and maintaining your cart.
• Syncing your store account and loyalty points.
